£9.25 million cost of not attended appointments

308,538 appointments in Nottingham & Nottinghamshire GP Practices were classified as DNA (Did Not Attend) at a cost of £9.25 million. Can you please ensure that if you can not attend for whatever reason, that you inform the practice as soon as possible so the appointment can be offered to other patients. Thank you.
