You Said We Did

Lessons we have learned from feedback received from either patients or their relatives

The feedback we receive from patients, visitors, staff and members of the public is analysed to help us understand what we do well and where we can improve.

We are always keen to improve the care that we provide. We have given some examples below of the feedback we have received and how it has been used to make changes.

YOU SAID: Can we have more chairs in the nurses waiting area with arms on?

WE DID: We added in several chairs with arms to enable patients to help themselves up.

YOU SAID: Can the phone system tell us where we are in the queue?

WE DID: Order a new phone system for installation on the 27th September that will do it.
